Holiday Information
The Vehicle Registration Office in Torri di Quartesolo
will be closed during the following holiday and
italian rest days:

27-28 November 08
25-26 and 31 December 08
1-2 January 09
5-6 January 09.

Individuals who will be clearing for PCS will need
to make arrangements to clear Vehicle Registration
prior to their closure. Failure to properly clear could
result in unnesssary delays in your PCS.
 
 
The Vicenza Commissary will be OPEN for business
Monday 24 Nov 08 from 1000 to 1700 hrs,
and it will be CLOSED on Thursday 27 Nov ’08,
Thanksgiving Day.

 MARCO POLO AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE. Due to the large number of personnel traveling over the holidays in order to better serve you we are asking everyone to sign up for shuttle services for travel beginning 15 Nov through 30 Nov 08.  SOGGIORNO OFFICE HOURS OF OPERATION. The Soggiorno Office has resumed regular hours of operation. Customer service hours are from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  ID CARD OFFICE UPDATE. The ID Card Office would like to inform you of some important information. For all personnel needing an identification card you must bring with you two (2) forms of identification. One form of identification must be a photo ID, this can easily be obtained by getting your SETAF Drivers License before coming to get your ID card. The second form of ID can be various types of documents please contact the ID Card Office for more specific details. Newly married sponsor’s who must get their spouse added to DEERS/RAPIDS must have the following in order to do so: 1) Original Marriage Certificate 2) Notarized copy of the spouse’s driver’s license or passport (when spouse is not present with sponsor to enroll).
